Packaging

Once the ordered material is done with all quality checks, the material is packed as par the size, weight and nature. There are mainly five types of packaging done by MachinesWale such as:


Corrugated Boxes Packaging
Wooden Boxes Packaging
Iron Cage Packaging
Shrink Wrap Polythene Packaging
Sacks Packaging






-Depending upon the type of packaging opted, the customer is reliable to pay the charges for that.
-Many times items come with complimentary packaging for free by the MachineWale.


Shipping


1. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time:

Processing time = the time between when you place an order and when we ship it.
Shipping time = the time between when your order has been shipped and delivered to you.
We ship our material through Road transport, Railway or by Air.
1. If you have not received your item(s) beyond this time, you are eligible for a full refund after we have conducted a postal investigation.
2. Delays in delivery caused by any force majeure incidents, such as natural disasters, bad weather, and war.
3. Any un-insured order that is lost or stolen.


2. How much does shipping cost?

The prices of our products vary according to the type, location and shipping method you selected. You can view the shipping fees on each product page and at checkout.
1. Ensure to have selected the correct delivery address in the “Ship to” field on the top of each page.
2. Choose a shipping method.
3. An estimate of the shipping fees will be shown as you can see in the example here below.



3. Shipping orders outside India

We currently do not accept orders for international shipping on our website. If you are an international customer please email us your requirement at care@machineswale.com and we will determine whether we can fulfil your order or not.
I urgently need to receive my order. Can I select an express shipping method?
You may have to pay higher shipping fees for selecting an express shipping method. You will be able to choose your preferred shipping method on the checkout page of your order.


4. Order Confirmation:

You will receive a confirmation e-mail after placing an order and another e-mail after your order has been shipped. The second one will contain the tracking information and some instructions on how to track your parcel. The total time it takes to receive your order is described below:
*The total time is the sum of the processing time and the shipping time.


5. Road Transport:

When the material is booked in road transport there are 2 options normal delivery and express delivery. Normal deliveries take 2-3 days extra as compared to express delivery. The material can also be booked as door delivery on request which is a bit expensive as compared to godown delivery. Once the material is booked the LR is sent to the customer through Emails and SMS.


Note:
Delays in delivery caused by any other beyond Machineswale control, such as public holidays and Transportation issues. Delays caused by the buyer providing incorrect or incomplete delivery information;
All items sold at MachinesWale are guaranteed to be delivered within 20 days.
